that are more or less correct concerning GRIB collection processing in 4.3
Please have a look and ignore previous versions.

1. handles the CF calendar attribute

2. allows a new syntax for calendar dates

3. implements the official version of the CF 1.6 Discrete Sampling

4. supports client side certificates in OPeNDAP
5. has functioning maven builds, with refactored modules
6. has complete source at https://github.com/Unidata/thredds
If you need any of this, please test and give feedback now, while
there is time to make changes. TDS version 4.3 (beta) will also be
available shortly, but its much easier to test things with CDM and
ToolsUI than in the TDS.
