[netcdf-java] ToolUI File Info does not distinguish NetCDF Classic from NetCDF 64Bit

Hi NetCDF Java

I am using the latest ToolsUI through the JNLP file.

There seems to be a minor bug in the file info display – it can not distinguish 
between NetCDF Classic and NetCDF 64bit files – they both appear as NetCDF 
Classic. See the two attached files…

Here is the output from NCO:

ncks -3 -v Times fvcom_gom2_24_nc4.nc nc_classic.nc
SCI053MAC001:~ dstuebe$ ncks -M nc_classic.nc
Opened file nc_classic.nc: dimensions = 2, variables = 2, global atts. = 18, ID 
= 65536, type = NC_FORMAT_CLASSIC
Record dimension: name = time, size = 24

ncks -v Times fvcom_gom2_24_nc4.nc nc_64bit.nc
SCI053MAC001:~ dstuebe$ ncks -M nc_64bit.nc
Opened file nc_64bit.nc: dimensions = 2, variables = 2, global atts. = 18, ID = 
65536, type = NC_FORMAT_64BIT
Record dimension: name = time, size = 24

I am runnig Netcdf Tools UI from the JNLP version: 4.2.35
