Howdy all!

Here is a beta release of the stand-alone netCDF legacy C++ library.

This library is provided for backward compatibility only. New C++
applications should use the new netCDF C++ library.

For those interested in backward compatibility with existing C++ apps,
get the beta release here:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-cxx-4.2-beta3.tar.gz
