I have no clue what you are saying :)
Did you download, or install hdf5?
When installing libraries in non-default folders you need to add library
paths to the compiler, otherwise it cannot find the software.
And do please read the INSTALL file in the netcdf folder. It perfectly
explains the step I outlined in a more stringent manner!
