Not completely sure here, but dont you need, first, to install netcdf, and,
then, netcdf-fortran?
At least the error is telling you it cannot find netcdf.h , which points me
to this idea.
If not correct, also make sure to check to currrent documentation:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/netcdf-fortran-install.html
