One question -- can you show me how to build & run this test standalone,
so I can show it to the PGI support people?
I tried running the commands from the logfile
cd nf03_test
/shared/apps/centos-6.6_SB/OpenMPI/1.8.5/PGI-15.5_CUDA-7.0_HWLoc-1.10.1_NUMACtl-2.0.9/bin/mpif77
-DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I../libsrc -I../fortran -I../fortran
-I../nf_test -fPIC -m64 -tp=px -c -o tst03_f77_v2.o tst03_f77_v2.F
/bin/sh ../libtool --tag=F77 --mode=link
/shared/apps/centos-6.6_SB/OpenMPI/1.8.5/PGI-15.5_CUDA-7.0_HWLoc-1.10.1_NUMACtl-2.0.9/bin/mpif77
-I../fortran -I../fortran -I../nf_test -fPIC -m64 -tp=px
-L/shared/apps/centos-6.6_SB/NetCDF-C/4.3.3.1/PGI-15.5_HDF5-1.8.15_OpenMPI-1.8.5_CUDA-7.0/lib
-o tst03_f77_v2 tst03_f77_v2.o ../fortran/libnetcdff.la -lnetcdf
but got this error
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcurl
so it looks like there is some additional context information that I'm
missing.
Thanks,
Carl
