The fix occurred around 23.30z ... Interesting to note is that when the
restransmit blasts cease, there is a clear improvement in Carrier to
Noise at the receiving stations. Please note:

The top chart is volume again, the two charts below are Carrier to Noise
on my two NOAAPort Dishes... note these two dishes are in geographically
distinct locations, each with their own Novras and they both display
that when the retransmit blasts stop, carrier to noise improves
