Hello everyone,

Stonie Cooper has noted the out-of-sequence and/or missing/messed up packets
being sent across NOAAport. NESDIS and the AWIPS teams have noted this as well.

The issue has been traced likely to the BMGS uplink, where they are indeed
seeing products being sent out of order. Here's what I know so far from one of
the NESDIS folks about it:

"We were told that the issue can't be isolated until we switch back to
ANCF/HMGS.
At this point, we suspect the issue could be at BMGS with uplink equipment.
Switch to ANCF/HMGS is scheduled for 10/24.

Thanks"
