PLAIN LANGUAGE IDENTIFICATION OF THE ZONES AND CITIES OPTIONALLY MAY ALSO FOLLOW THE UGC LINE/S/. AN OPTIONAL REPEAT OF THE DATE/TIME LINE /FOUND IN THE THREE-LINE MASS NEWS DISSEMINATOR HEADER/ ALSO MAY FOLLOW. THE UGC FOLLOWS STANDARD PRACTICES.
