INCREASING THE FREQUENCY OF TRANSMISSIONS TO 1-HOUR INTERVALS WILL MAKE RRA DATA AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH AND WARNING PROGRAM AND THE WFO AND RFC WSR-88D PRECIPITATION PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS.
