On 01-27-2000 at 12:50am (J-027 at 0550Z) the connection to Silver Spring
went down. This includes SSMC3, SSMC4, MCI, Goddard, Suit-Gate A, and the
Internet.  The Silver Spring tech has been paged. As updates come in, new
messages will be sent.
