As a diagnostic measure for determining the cause of the frequent widespread problems with the GribDecoder, The NWS is asking PRC to filter the following Western Region (WR) RFC Gridded QPF products at the NCF. The filtering will prevent the WR Gridded QPF products from being transmitted on the SBN. This filtering will start immediately and continue until Mondat, 10/30.
