This message is being sent by the NCF as an update to the climate
program problem reported yesterday. This is what you need to look for:
.
 1) To repeat -- don't run the intermediate/evening climate program on
 October 31.
.
 2) There is no point to running the climate program on November 1,
 because it will access the October 30 data. However, you may use the
 "QC Climate Database" GUI to enter the information for October 31.
 Then, you can run the f6 program to obtain the totals for the last day
 of October.

 3) Intermediate/evening climate products for November 1 and subsequent
 days are fine.
.
 4) All products are fine for November 30, December 1, December 31,
 January 1, and so on to the delivery of Build 5.0.
