TO ALL USERS OF METEOSAT DATA IN BUFR CODE


We have been informed by EUMETSAT that the following
BUFR ATOVS data will be available with effect from
13 February 2003 for GTS dissemination on request
under the following headings:

INAX(01-89) EUMS
Level 1c data from the AMSU-A instrument (advanced microwave
sounding unit-A for temperature) on board NOAA spacecraft,
received and processed by EUMETSAT's network of local receiving
stations around the North Atlantic region.

INBX(01-89) EUMS
Level 1c data from the AMSU-B instrument (advanced microwave
sounding unit-B for humidity) on board NOAA spacecraft, received
and processed by EUMETSAT's network of local receiving stations
around the North Atlantic region.

INHX(01-89) EUMS
Level 1c data from the HIRS instrument (High Resolution
Infrared Radiation Sounder)on board NOAA spacecraft, received
and processed by EUMETSAT's network of local receiving stations
around the North Atlantic region.
