NCF IS AWARE THAT THE 18Z GFS MODEL IS MISSING DATA JUST LIKE
THE 12Z GFS DID.  WE CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THE NWS TELECOMMUNICATIONS
GATEWAY AND NCEP ON THE PROBLEM. WE WILL PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION
