Today has been declared a Critical Weather Day by the National Weather
Service due to: Tropical Storm #22, Impacting Guam

Consequently there are to be no changes, modifications or
upgrades to operational applications, products or systems.

The Critical Weather Day is in effect until 08:00am local time
September 3, 2004
