For National Weather Service operations: The backup date for this maneuver is Thursday, November 4, 2004. If the NWS regions have any operational concerns, please contact the NCEP SDM (301-763-8298) at least 6.5 hours prior to the maneuver time. On November 2, the following exclusive schedule will be employed to support maneuver operations: (*PLEASE NOTE the scheduled GOES-12 Full Disk scan period to support the primary GOES-10 outage during the maneuver.*) GOES-10 Maneuver Schedule starts at 0251 UTC on November 2, 2004. GOES-10 Southern Hemisphere scan at 0251 UTC is canceled.
