of the Climate Forecast System Effective 1200 UTC February 22 2005 On February 22 2005 the National Centers for Environmental Prediction /NCEP/ will implement a second member to the daily run of the Climate Forecast System /CFS/ on its Central Computing System /CCS/ in Gaithersburg MD.
