NCEP has declared a Critical Weather Day(CWD) beginning at 1500Z today
and will continue until 0000Z Sunday, September 25,2005..due to the
potential impact of the tropical depression, TD #18 across the Florida
Keys and later this week..possibly the Gulf coastal areas of the US.
