Note: Effective 10/17/06 there will be one administrative message (email) to report on both Meteosat-5 and Meteosat-7 with the subject of "IODC Administrative Message mm/nn issued on dd/mm/yyyy".
Meteosat 63 deg Service (Meteosat-5): Due to a Meteosat-5 East-West station keeping maneuver on 10/17/06 at 00:28 UTC, users may observe degraded image quality for up to 6 hours after the maneuver.This information and more is available on the EUMETSAT web site - www.eumetsat.int
