NCEP Model Evaluation Subscribers, The Environmental Modeling Center (EMC) has proposed an upgrade tothe Short Range Ensemble Forecast (SREF). The changes include:
1. Upgrade WRF-NMM and WRF-ARW codes to version 2.2 2. Increase WRF-NMM resolution from 40 km to 32 km 3. Increase WRF-ARW resolution from 45 km to 32 km 4.
