*The system admins determined that all 4 (SATEPSPROD 1-4) servers had to be rebuilt. Each server takes approximately 1 & 1/2 hours to rebuild. Estimated time for servers to

1630 UTC, 11:30 AM, EST, several applications have not updated since 2315 UTC.
