*ESPC has been informed from FNMOC that the DMSP dataset for F-15, rev 47592 is unavailable. The data was not 
received at AFWA.

Details of the Delay: *ESPC did not receive DMSP dataset F-15, rev 47592 from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and 
Oceanographic Center), Monterey, CA. Therefore, SSM/I (Special Sensor
Microwave/Image) data is delayed.
