To: All Friday, March 20, 2009 A regional Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared from 21/0000Z through 28/0000Z. NCEP, NWSTG, and NCF will participate in this CWD to ensure a reliable flow of data. The CWD is in effect due to the potential for flooding conditions in North Dakota..South Dakota..Minnesota..and western Wisconsin.
