Details/Specifics of Change: *ESPC is currently not receiving the DMSP datasets F-13 and F-15 from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center), Monterey, CA. Therefore, SSM/I (Special Sensor Microwave/Image) data will be delayed or lost. Monterey 
Technicians are currently investigating this situation.*
