[nws-changes] 20100217: Level II radar cut overs

The Level II (L2) Refresh Project cut over the following site this week.

ICAO - City - Date (~ Time)

KAKQ – Norfolk (Wakefield) - 2/17/10 (13:12)
They no longer send Level II data directly to the associated region. They now send Level II data to the national server system. 

The following sites are now on the national servers.
