[nws-changes] 20100225: network outage planned 3/6

All National Weather Service Southern Region Headquarters Fort Worth is
scheduling a network maintenance for Saturday March 6 between 4:00am CST
(0900 UTC) and 6:00am CST (1100 UTC). While we are scheduling a two hour
window we only expect to lose connectivity for about 10 minutes during
this time frame. During this lose of connectivity all services requiring
internet access or services will be down. Look for additional
announcements as the event approaches. As usual this will be operational
and weather dependent and subject to change. This outage is needed so we
can update the software on our routers facing our ISP. This is needed so
we can realign routing and ip addresses as requested by our ISP. Thanks Doug
