Hi All,

  NCO and EMC have been working together to get the RTMA 2.5 km CONUS
upgrade running in a parallel environment.  This upgrade also include a
grid shift for the RTMA Hawaii.  Before we start the official 30-day
evaluation, I'd like to poll all of you to see who will participate in
the evaluation.  The TIN may be viewed at:

Recommended evaluators on the charter for this upgrade include HPC, SPC,
Eastern Region, Western Region, the Univ. of Utah, and Florida Inst. of
Technology.  Optional evaluators include OPC, AWC, Central Region, and
Southern Region.   Others are encouraged to participate if they so desire.

We are hoping to start the 30-day evaluation period by the end of next
week (Aug. 13) or start of the following week (Aug. 16).  Please let me
know as soon as possible if you plan on participating.
