A call was placed unsuccessfully to Bonnie Morgan at 2105 UTC. The remappers were stopped and restarted at supervisors direction since support could not be contacted. Remapping was successful and due to this outage the 2015Z, 2030Z and the 2045Z images were missed on both east and west. *
