The RTP will contain data from automated stations such as the Automated Surface Observing System and the Automated Weather Observing System and will be issued twice daily around 0030 UTC and 1230 UTC. Other observational data, including 24-hour data from cooperative observation (COOP) stations currently being sent in the RTP product, will be transmitted in the Daily HYD product. The HYD will be issued once per day around 10:00 AM local standard time.
