SUBJECT:  National Mesonet Data Stream Restart May 15, 2012

Effective May 15, 2012, the National Mesonet data streams
discontinued from MADIS in January of 2012 will be restarted
through MADIS links.  These data streams include:

AWS-Urbanet
AWS-GA Mesonet
AWS-IL Mesonet
AWS-KS Mesonet

The effective date of this change is sooner than specified in NWS
policy, NWS Instruction 10-1805.  The reduction of the normal
advance lead time was approved.
