LOCATIONS REMAINING IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO NEDERLAND. AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES AT SAINT ANTON INDICATE THAT 2.40 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN. WITH THE SLOW STORM MOVEMENT MORE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
