[SuomiNet] Additional SuomiNet Imagery

Hello,

Supporting the new GPS PWV sites in the Caribbean, and after Johns travel
to Honduras, it was requested that Unidata generate a Caribbean domain for
the SuomiNet imagery.

This has been done, and is located at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/data/suominet/index.html

and specifically at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/data/suominet/loop/loop3/suomi_ani_zoom.html

..with the archive at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/data/suominet/gif3/

This loop uses the 4km IR4 channel (GOES-E) for the imagery, the other
Suomi loops use the 8km IR4 Super-National (GOES E & W) so you may detect
enhanced resolution for the Caribbean sector. Unidata is also archiving
these images in the same manner as the CONUS loops.

This should be exciting to watch during the coming hurricane season.
