The UCAR mesa lab is having an annual power down. Our processing cpu is
not in this lab but the power outage will result in no gateway ftp
service and we do use this to fetch raw GPS data for all of the NOAA
wind profile radar co-located GPS sites and some other sites so we will
at mininum have a 12 hour data outage for those sites.
