Suominet processing will be down this weekend, starting friday evening
locally --- about UTC 00:00 on 2014.312 and remaining down until monday
morning.   Hourly processing will hopefully resume early on UTC 2014.345.

Sorry for any inconvenience,  we had hoped to avoid the weekend long
shutdown by moving the CPUs to a different UCAR lab, but computer issues
elsewhere kept our sys admin too busy.
