One of the processing CPU's is being moved to a rack in a computer
room from a temporary location.    60% of so of sites should be
processed as normal but AK and HI sites will be missing as will
roughly half of the western U.S. sites including  all PBO sites that
we do not collect data for via NTRIP.

COCOnet sites should not be affected.
