the NCAR lab is doing its semi-annual shutdown this weekend so suominet PWV
will not be produced.   The computers will be back up on Sunday, so if no
extra intervention is needed PWV may resume early am of UTC 2017.289.   If
there are glitches that need to be resolved it will be closer to midnight
UTC 2017.290 before data flow resumes.
