After Teresa got a new computer server last year, she could not access to the
guest computer at SGP any more. I recalled Teresa would submit a new request to
access to the computer at SGP via the new IP.
Teresa, do you still have a permission problem of accessing to the guest
computer at SGP? Please let us know if we can be any help. Thanks!

Hi Tudor,
UCAR is supposed to connect to netrs.sgp.arm.gov to pick up suominet data.
Because the suominet receiver does not get security patches, it has to be on a
private network, so there is no direct access from outside. The netrs computer
collects the data from the suominet receiver. However, because this is a guest
instrument, and not an ARM system, the collected data is not forwarded to the
ADC directly. UCAR picks it up, processes it, and puts it on their suominet
computer, where you have been picking it up. No changes to the process have
been made, but for some reason, the UCAR computer has not been connecting to
the guest computer at SGP.

pointed by Lynn.

Has anything been changed on the data process recently?
In addition, SG01 is still missing from CsuPWVd file. Are you still unable to
access to the computer at ARM SGP?
