Hi all,

TDS 4.2.3 is now available from the usual place:

Here are the main fixes:

- WMS GetFeatureInfo requests on datasets without a time
  dimension failing with an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

- WMS GetMap requests with invalid TIME values (not ISO8601)
  fail with IllegalArgumentException.

- WMS GetMap requests fail on certain datasets with
  ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

- WMS 1.1.1 exception handling fails with JSP error.
