Could you also ask the Geotoolkit mailing list about the WKT for
EPSG:3408 and EPSG:3409 as well?
All, I will release TDS 4.2.6 probably early next week with this fix in
the distribution. I'll also make the updated epsg-wkt.jar file available
separately in case that is easier for anyone.
I'm going to try updating the geotk-bundle-reference.jar and see how
smoothly that goes. Though I'll probably wait for TDS 4.2.7 before
including it in a release.
