[thredds] Godiva2 problems with 4.2.9

HI,
I recently updated to 4.2.9, but I was unable to get the Godiva2
browser to work, and I get a Javascript error when using Godiva2
browser (some error about a JSON req not being forwarded). I've
reverted to 4.2.8 and things seem to be working fine.
