hi phil:
Its coming from the berkeley data base (je.jar), trying to write to
/home/tomcat/tomcat-main/content/thredds/cache/collection
stop tomcat, delete everything in that directory, make sure tomcat has write
permission there,
start up again and see if you get an error.

Any ideas on why causes that strange error?

Hi All,
I'm getting this strange error on an aggregation for GFS data.
It runs fine under 4.1, but with 4.2.9 I get this odd error...
Error {
code = 500;
message = "(JE 4.0.71)
/home/tomcat/tomcat-main/content/thredds/cache/collection java.io.IOException:
Input/output error LOG_INTEGRITY: Log information is incorrect, problem is likely
persistent. Environment is invalid and must be closed.";
};
Any ideas?
