As best as I can tell, I used to get both. I have a catalogError.log dated
March 26 of this year. We were getting some errors/warnings about the use of
the <metadata> tag. I don't see the same messages in the catalogInit.log. I
was going back and trying to clean all this up. So either what we are doing is
now legal, or the same info is being written somewhere else I am not looking,
or there is a flag or other configuration I need to set somewhere.
