Ajay,
We did a major overhaul on grib processing between 4.2 and 4.3, so I
don't think I can offer you advice on a work-around. If you like, I can
set up an aggregation locally in 4.3 to see if the issue you are seeing
is still a problem. To do that, just point me to your tds with http
file service.

Thanks Lansing! We're still in the process of upgrading. So wanted to
know if there's a work around.

Hi Ajay,
I'd suggest upgrading to TDS 4.3:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/thredds/index.jsp
We aren't able to support out-of-date versions, as we incorporate bug
fixes and improvements into our code with each release.
