[thredds] DAP4 protocol on TDS 4.6.16.1?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use DAP4 on TDS 4.16.6.1. The DAP4 links of the datasets point 
to urls with extension .nc.dmr.xml that only give the message "Capabilities 
page not supported". What does this mean? Did I forget to take some step apart 
from enabling DAP4 in the catalogs?
