Dear Sangsoo,
It sounds like your CLASSPATH is not correct. If you downloaded
visad.jar into the \parent_dir directory, then add:
\parent_dir\visad.jar
to your CLASSPATH (using the Windows backslash \).
If you compiled from the source in visad_src.2.0.jar and
\parent_dir is the parent directory of your visad directory,
then add:
setenv CLASSPATH \parent_dir:.
to your CLASSPATH.
This is described in more detail in the VisAD README file,
which is linked from the VisAD web page.
Also, GoesCollaboration includes links to Fortran that
does not run on Windows, so you'll have to experiment with
some other VisAD programs. Good luck.
