You'd create a FlatField with MathType something like:
(index -> (x, y, z, temp))
Wtih domain Set like Integer1DSet(index, N) where n is the
number of points. You'd pass your 4 arrays in something like:
float[][] values = {xarray, yarray, zarray, temparray};
field.setSamples(values, false); // false for don't copy array
