How about something simple, but showing the 3D character of the
displays.

Sorry I did not do this in VisAD so I can not rotate the characters in
3d nor
represent their uncertainty with the data model.

How about a small picture of a guy answering email ;)

Actually, it should probably just be "VisAD" in some
nice font. Perhaps someone with artistic talent will
submit a candidate.
