Hi Bill and others,

I changed my app in the way that I use Panels instead of JPanels as
container for my VisAD displays. It seems that this fixes the problem
with not recognized mouse events at startup. Perhaps someone might check
if this is a reproduceable workaround. If it is it seems that there is a
problem with swing lightweight components and Java3D heavyweight
components.
