If you download a JAR file from an http:// link, Netscape will add
linefeeds to the file and mess it up. The solution is to
either use a different browser (for the consumer), or make sure
any JAR files you want to post on the web are available through
an ftp:// (for the publisher). I'm not sure if this is fixed
in Netscape 6 or not but is a problem in 4.X versions.
